Southern Steer Butcher is owned and operated by the Snyder Family-Greg, Kym, and our two children-of Palm Harbor, FL. We have resided in Pinellas County for over a decade and are dedicated to community involvement, local fundraising, and providing healthy options for you and your family.

The Truck

Creekstone Farms

Our beef comes from Creekstone Farms in Arkansas City, Kansas. It is distributed by Centerpoint Provisions in St Petersburg, FL. Creekstone Farms is an industry leader in humane treatment and processing. The beef is grass fed until the last 60-90 days and finished with grain and corn to improve marbling and flavor.


Seaboard Foods

Our pork is the most consistent brand available. No added fat is injected to our pork. Seaboard foods relentlessly seeks a better way to produce wholesome pork by purposefully connecting every step between our farms and family tables around the world.

Catering & Events

Mountaire Farms

Southern Steer sources its chicken from Mountaire Farms. Mountaire is over 100 years old and still family owned. They use a vertical integration process which never provides hormones or antibiotics.
