Ingredients

1.75 lbs Chicken Thighs

1 cup Orange Juice

½ cup Lime Juice

¼ cup Lemon Juice

2 tablespoons Minced Garlic

⅓ cup Cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons Salt

1 tablespoon Oregano

1 teaspoon Ground Sage

Instructions

Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro.

Squeeze the orange, lime, and lemon to extract their juices and set them aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the chicken thighs in the skillet, flipping once, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), about 10 minutes per side.

While cooking, sprinkle oregano, salt, and ground sage evenly over the chicken thighs.

Add the minced garlic and prepared citrus juices to the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken thighs in the sauce.

Transfer the skillet to the oven to keep the chicken warm while preparing your side dish.

Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the slow cooker and serve with your side of choice, such as an arugula salad or rice.
