Membership in the Southern Steer Rewards Program (the “Program”) is available to anyone who is a resident of the United States and who is at least 18 years old (unless applicable law requires you to be older to participate, in which case you must be the age required by applicable law). You will need a valid email address and you will need to provide certain personal information, including your email address, full name, birthdate and phone number. Southern Steer Butcher employees are not eligible to participate in the Program.

If you join the Program, you agree to read and abide by the Terms and any changes we make to the Terms. You are also agreeing to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which also may be changed.

The Program rewards members that shop at participating Southern Steer Butcher locations. You may also be able to receive points, offers and benefits for eligible purchases made through our website at southernsteer.storebyweb.com. Members will receive one point for each whole dollar spent on eligible purchases. Each point is worth one cent off the purchase of other future eligible purchases. We do reserve the right to change or eliminate any of the points, rewards, and benefits of the Program and to change and eliminate the eligible purchases. You must join the Program to earn points and other Program benefits.

To redeem points, when checking out at any participating Southern Steer Butcher location, simply provide a valid photo-identification and the phone number associated with the membership at a participating Southern Steer Butcher location. Your points will be credited for eligible purchases. You may also be able to redeem points through purchases made on our website at souterhnsteer.storebyweb.com.

Purchases from certain locations will not apply to the Program. These include non-participating Southern Steer Butcher locations, and non-traditional locations such as farmers markets, concerts, airports, universities, and the like.

As a member in the Program, you may also qualify for additional Program benefits including sign-up points, birthday offers (if we have your birthdate), member-only specials, featured monthly recipes, bonus gifts, holiday items, loyalty recognition gifts based on earned points and special point multiplier-days. We will designate the rules for participating in these additional programs from time to time. These rules are subject to change. We may cancel these additional Program benefits at any time.

Your points, offers and benefits (unless otherwise stated in the specific offers and benefits) must be redeemed by September 30 of each year. Beginning October 1 of each year (“Expiration Date”) your points will reset to zero and you will start accumulating new points. Additionally, any unexpired offers or benefits (unless otherwise stated in the specific offers and benefits) that you have not redeemed will also expire and be forfeited on the Expiration Date.

If you return eligible products that you earned points, offers or other benefits, the points, offers and other benefits will be reversed. You will also lose points, benefits, and other offers if you obtain them in violation of the Terms.

No, your points, offers and benefits have no cash value.

Your Program membership will terminate if you do not make any eligible purchases from a participating Southern Steer Butcher Location in any 12-month period.

Yes. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate, modify, or restrict the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice even if the termination, modification or restriction affects your points, offers or benefits already accumulated.

Yes, we can terminate your membership in the Program, in our sole discretion, for any reason including for your failure to comply with the Terms. You may also cancel your membership in the Program at any time. If you decide you no longer wish to participate in the Program, you terminate your account by contacting customer service at support@southernsteer.com, or in person at any participating Southern Steer Butcher locations.

If your Membership is terminated, your points, offers and benefits will automatically terminate.

No. Neither your account or any of the points, offers or benefits can be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the eligible products can accumulate points, offers and benefits on such eligible purchases.

Email and text communications provide you with information on the latest offers, products, specials, and other benefits. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails and texts, you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your member account (unless you cancel your membership in the Program). You may opt out of receiving Southern Steer Butcher marketing emails and texts at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or text message or at southernsteer.storebyweb.com

If you were previously enrolled in a prior Southern Steer loyalty rewards program, and you meet the eligibility requirements for this Program, beginning October 1, 2023 you will be automatically enrolled in the Program. Points you earned (through a previously enrolled Southern Steer Butcher loyalty rewards program) for purchases you made for the period of July 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023, will roll over to this Program and be subject to the Terms (which will supersede all previous programs, terms and conditions).

If you were previously enrolled in a prior Southern Steer loyalty rewards program and do not wish to be enrolled in this Program, you can opt-out by following the instructions at southernsteer.storebyweb.com or you can opt-out at any participating Southern Steer Butcher location. If you are not eligible to be enrolled in this Program or you elect to opt-out, all points, offers and benefits from the previously enrolled Southern Steer Butcher loyalty rewards program will terminate and be forfeited as of October 1, 2023.

You can sign up for membership in the Program in person at participating Southern Steer Butcher locations. Upon availability, you will be able to enroll at southernsteer.storebyweb.com. You will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for the Program to participate in the Program. Your participation in the Program will acceptance of the Terms. There is no cost to join.

The Southern Steer Rewards Program (“Program”) allows members who purchase eligible products and services at participating Southern Steer Butcher locations to earn points that can be used for future eligible purchases and services, to qualify for special offers and to participate in other rewards and benefits of the Program.
