Sausage Making Class

Join the Southern Steer Butcher Jacksonville team and learn the secrets of how to make gourmet sausage!  In this class, you’ll:

 

  • Learn the secrets of the butcher, which sections of the pig to use, and how to cut the pork in preparation for grinding
  • Watch the team prepare the ground pork ready for mixing
  • Mix and case the necessary ingredients to create Mild Italian and Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage

PLUS, you’ll take home two lbs of each type of sausage you make!

COST: $75 for an individual, bring a guest for FREE (guests may learn and participate, but only paid participants will receive take-home product)
